PHIL RUDD ATTEMPTING TO PROCURE MURDER CHARGE DROPPED A DAY LATER!
The charge of attempting to procure murder against AC/DC drummer, Phil Rudd has been withdrawn just 24 hours after appearing at Tauranga District Court in New Zealand.
The Crown Solicitor’s office have stated there was insufficient evidence to justify the charge and had withdrawn the charge.
Rudd was also charged, Thursday, with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis and threatening to kill. Rudd’s lawyer, Paul Mabey, QC has stated they would defend the threatening to kill charge and described the drugs possession charges as “minor”.
Rudd was released on bail after Thursday’s appearance.
